Return Policy Overview
At Ascenda Cycling Apparel, we want you to feel confident when trying our kits. If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window after delivery, provided the item remains in new and unused condition.
Our goal is to provide high-quality cycling apparel while maintaining hygiene standards and product integrity for all riders.
7-Day Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:
• Items must not be worn during a ride
• Items must not be washed
• Items must be in original condition
• Items must include original packaging and tags
We reserve the right to deny returns if the product shows signs of use.
Exchanges (Sizing Issues)
If the kit does not fit as expected, we are happy to help with an exchange for a different size.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item has been shipped back, please provide the tracking number, and we will send the replacement item.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
• Returns sent after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted
